Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) 2024/2025 Shortlisted Candidate list is Out

The Nigeria Immigration Service(NIS) Shortlisted candidates list is out now. This announcement was made via the Official Twitter handle of NIS. In this article, you will get to know about the requirements needed for the screening of shortlisted candidates and how to check for the shortlisted candidates.

How To Check The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Shortlisted Candidates

• Visit the status checker portal via the NIS official website.
• Click on the immigration menu.
• You would be redirected to im.cdcfib.career.

Also, to prove you were the one who filled out the online application form, you are directed to bring the following to the screening center:

• Two Recent Passport photographs.
• Original and photocopies of your credentials.
• A recognized means of identification and its photocopy (A valid means of identification such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), International Passport, Voter’s card).
• A printout of the submission confirmation courier.

It is also required that you bring some items to the Nigeria Immigration Service Screening Center.

Below are some of the items you are required to bring to the NIS screening center:

• Credentials: Original and photocopy of your credentials.
• Two blue PT shorts.
• Two white vests.
• Writing materials.
• Recent passport photograph.
• A pair of canvas shoes.
• Completed Referee/ Guarantor’s form.
• Print out of your Confirmation slip with ID number.
• Print out of your screening Invitation Letter.

NOTE: The training exercise would also take place after the screening exercise has been completed. During the training exercise, you would be made to go through drills that would aid you in carrying out your responsibilities as an Immigrations officer. Finally, the documentation exercise would be done and this is the final phase of the recruitment exercise where the applicant’s documents would be checked.
